On the first Sunday of each month, admission to NTM sites in Prague, Plasy, Chomutov and Vyšší Brod is free.
All National Technical Museum sites are open: NTM Main Building in Prague, NTM Centre for Building Heritage in Plasy, NTM Railway Depository in Chomutov, NTM Postal Museum Prague and NTM Postal Museum Vyšší Brod (Plasy, Chomutov and Vyšší Brod until 1 November).
Free admission dates: 6 September 2026, 4 October 2026, 1 November 2026, 6 December 2026 (on Sunday, 6 December, only the Prague sites).
Please note:
Tickets for these days are neither sold nor reserved in advance.
At the NTM Main Building in Prague, the Mineral and Coal Mine and the Television Studio exhibitions will be closed due to their limited capacity. Free admission does not apply to the Letná Carousel.
A visit to the NTM on a free-admission day does not entitle visitors to free admission to the Postal Museum in Prague.
Days with reduced admission fees to the NTM will not take place.
