Sugar and Chocolate

This permanent exhibition of the NTM is devoted to the Czech sugar production industry. Sugar was a very strategic resource for Czechoslovakia and its production also had political influence which is the reason why sugar was called - White Gold". Also, tycoons in the sugar production industry made significant contributions to the construction of the NTM in 1908.
